SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text-message program for Projekt Lab Powder Coating & Sandblast. If you opt in, we may send you text messages about a quote request you started with us — for example, questions about your part, arranging a drop-off, or following up on the job. These are customer-care replies to your own inquiry, not a promotional or marketing program.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our quote form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of getting a quote or of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your request. We only text you about what you contacted us about.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (239) 810-4999.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We don’t share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
